Our story begins in 1980 when Jesús M. Pérez and his family founded the restaurant La Casita Blanca on Tapia Street, in Villa Palmeras, Santurce. Located in a typical and picturesque house from the 1920s, La Casita Blanca is a hidden gem offering Criollo cuisine that takes you back to the flavors of our grandmothers.

In 2010, the family expanded the tradition of great Criollo food by opening the Casita Miramar in the former Hotel Toro in Miramar. We offer authentic Puerto Rican food, using local products and ingredients from our farm in Manatí, in a stylish and family-friendly environment.

In both locations, we offer excellent service, welcoming our guests with delicious bacalaítos and ‘sopita de plátano’, and bidding them farewell with our famous chichaito and freshly ground coffee, a symbol of Health, Wealth, and Love.
